Garage — Terms of Use

1. Who we are. Garage (the "Service", at app.digithope.com) is run by [Operator], [registered address, Kuwait]. Contact: [contact e-mail].

2. What the Service is. Garage connects car owners ("customers") with independent repair garages and parts suppliers in Kuwait. Customers can find a garage, book a time, follow the work and see the invoice. Garages manage bookings, work orders, parts and their listing. Suppliers list parts and receive orders from garages.

3. We are not the garage. Every repair, quote, part and invoice comes from the garage or supplier you deal with, not from us. The contract for the repair is between you and that garage. We do not inspect cars, set prices or guarantee workmanship. Consumer rights under Kuwaiti law (including Law No. 39 of 2014 on consumer protection) apply between you and the garage and are not reduced by these terms.

4. Your account. You must be 18 or older, or use the Service with a parent's or guardian's consent. Give true information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account.

5. Bookings. A booking request is not confirmed until the garage accepts it. A garage may propose another time or decline. If you cannot come, cancel in the app as early as you can. Repeated no-shows may lead us to limit your bookings. Garages that enable instant booking confirm the time at once.

6. Payments. Today, payment is made directly to the garage (cash, link or card at the garage). Garage does not take payment from customers through the app. If that changes, we will update these terms and tell you before you pay through the app.

7. Garage and supplier accounts. If you run a garage or supplier account, you confirm you are allowed to act for that business, that the listing (name, address, prices, opening hours, photos, services) is accurate, and that you hold the licences Kuwaiti law requires. You are responsible for the members you invite. Invoices you issue through the app are your invoices.

8. Reviews and photos. You may only review a job you actually booked. Be honest and polite; no personal attacks, no private data about other people, nothing illegal. You keep ownership of photos and text you upload and give us the right to show them in the Service. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

9. Acceptable use. Do not scrape the Service, probe its security, send spam, impersonate anyone, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

10. Our promises and limits. We work to keep the Service available and correct, but it is provided "as is". We are not liable for a garage's work, delays, lost data caused by you, or indirect losses. Where the law does not let us exclude liability, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the previous twelve months (currently nil).

11. Ending things. You can delete your account from "My account". We may close the Service or your account with reasonable notice, or immediately if you break these terms. Bookings and invoices already issued remain with the garage's records as the law requires.

12. Changes. We may update these terms. For material changes we will show a notice in the app at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Disputes go to the competent courts of Kuwait. Nothing here removes the protection of mandatory Kuwaiti consumer law.

14. Language. These terms are in Arabic and English. [Owner to decide: which version prevails if they differ; in Kuwait the Arabic text usually governs.]
